Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel cozy and confident in every Flemorra piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1) Eligibility

  • Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are accepted only after a quality check once the item reaches us.
  • For hygiene and safety, items marked Final Sale, customized, or damaged due to use are not eligible.

2) Exchange Policy

  • Size/style exchanges are allowed once per order (subject to stock).
  • Reverse pickup & re-shipping charges apply and are borne by the customer.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, you may self-ship the parcel using a reliable courier (share the AWB/tracking with us).

3) Return & Refund Method

  • We do not issue cash refunds.
  • Approved returns are refunded as Store Credit (digital credit note).
  • Store Credit is usable site-wide and does not expire.
  • Shipping/COD fees (if any) are non-refundable. Reverse-logistics charges will be deducted before issuing Store Credit.

4) Damaged / Wrong Item

  • We’re sorry if this happens. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video clearly showing the parcel and the issue
    • Photos of the product & outer packaging (with shipping label)
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement, or issue Store Credit if the item is out of stock.

5) How to Raise a Request

  • WhatsApp us at +91 70696 55656 or email flemorra.official@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason, and photos/video (if applicable).
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup/self-ship instructions.
  • After the product passes QC at our facility, we’ll process your exchange or issue Store Credit within 5–7 business days.

6) Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need help, contact us immediately we’ll try our best if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
  • If an order is undeliverable/lost and you paid online, we’ll issue a full refund (including any shipping fees).

7) Important Notes

  • Color variation may occur due to screen settings; this does not qualify as a defect.
  • Ensure the return parcel is securely packed; items damaged in transit due to improper packing may fail QC.
  • Any misuse of the return/exchange policy may lead to refusal of future requests.
