  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • In case of pricing or stock discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order before shipment.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party gateways.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available across selected pin codes with a small handling fee.
  • Orders suspected of fraud or misuse may be cancelled or held for verification.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation and shipping details via email or WhatsApp.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • For faster delivery, express options are available at additional cost.
  • Ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct; we are not liable for delivery delays due to incorrect information.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our quality criteria (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).

  • Cash refunds are not provided. Approved returns are issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Discounts, promo codes, and offers are valid for limited periods and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Force Majeure
