Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • During festive seasons or special sales, slight delays may occur, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free doorstep delivery on all orders
  • COD Orders: ₹99 (including GST) will be charged for regular delivery.
  • Express Shipping: If you’d like your order faster, we offer 24-hour or 48-hour delivery (within select cities). Additional courier charges will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can easily check the status of your delivery anytime.

Shipping Address

Delays & Exceptions

Refunds for Non-Delivery

In rare cases of cancellation, loss, or non-delivery to your preferred location, a full refund of the order amount (including shipping fees, if any) will be issued for prepaid orders.
